Charges Dismissed—Yve Alleges Mohamed Committed Immigration Fraud "Bull-S*** Case"

According to InTouch, 90 Day Fiancé newcomer Yve is now moving forward with charges of her own against Mohamed after she denied his abuse allegations.
Kathleen Martinez, an immigration attorney, was engaged by Yve to bring claimed immigration fraud charges against her divorced spouse.
They allege that Mohamed has been planning to stay in the country under false pretenses, as discussed with the woman he was speaking with behind Yve's back.
Yve appears to want her estranged spouse expelled from the nation now that she is aware of Mohamed's side talks and actual intents.
According to the tabloid, the 90 Day Fiance actress is working with a team of five women to substantiate their claimed visa fraud charges against Mohamed.
Mohamed told InTouch that he did not commit immigration fraud since he left Yve before his Green Card interview to ensure his "safety."
On 90 Day Fiancé, Mohamed mentioned several times that if he had a problem with Yve, he would return to Egypt.
Many observers feel that his genuine objective was to obtain a US Green Card and that he played Yve from the beginning.
Despite the fact that Mohamed purportedly moved out of Yve's Albuquerque, New Mexico, residence, neither Yve nor Mohamed appear to have filed for divorce.
While Yve accuses her estranged husband, 90 Day Fiancé newcomer Mohamed accuses him of abuse.
Yve is currently facing domestic violence charges in connection with an alleged confrontation with Mohamed, and an audio tape of them arguing has also been released.
Yve's bail hearing is scheduled on September 6. She was arrested on August 15 for one count of violence and one count of assault on a household member.
His claimed immigration strategy looks to be backfiring on him. Yve's lawyer explains how they want to use Mohamed's "bull-s*** case" against him in order to deport him.
Yve's domestic abuse accusations were dropped.
Attorney Martinez went to TikTok on August 15 to convey the good news about her client's case. "I represent Yve Arellano, a 90 Day Fiancé celebrity," she said at the opening of the video.
Martinez disclosed that Yve's charges, one count of violence against a household member and one count of assault against a household member, were dropped owing to a police error. Take a look at the TikTok video below.
"Because she was never legally arrested, this case will be dismissed." Yes, in order for your case to be pursued in court, the police must follow the law. When the police arrived to arrest my client Yvette, she did not read her Miranda rights to her. As a result, the entire case is the fruit of the forbidden tree. This means that the entire case might be dismissed, [it] cannot be prosecuted, and the DA cannot pursue it. "It's finished," Martinez said.
Yve's attorney criticizes Mohamed's immigration strategy
Martinez says in the TikTok video how Mohamed accusing Yve of domestic violence was part of his plan to stay in the US. "You're aware that she brought her fiancé here. He arrived here. Martinez adds on the video, "He cheated on her."
"And when he found out she wasn't going to the green card interview and supporting his fraudulent plot, he was furious." He's probably now attempting to launch a U-visa fraud.
"He's teamed up with an immigration pal who is basically instructing him on how to stage domestic assault abuse allegations in order to secure a U-visa," Martinez explains.
"For those of you who are unaware, U-visas are visas offered to crime victims. "They are legitimate victims of crime," Yve's lawyer adds.
Yve's attorney will utilize this bogus lawsuit against Mohamed.
Martinez is only one of several members of Yve's "all-woman dream team" who have helped her since her illegal detention. With Yve and Mohamed's marriage over, he faces deportation back to Egypt.
Now, Yve's attorneys are attempting to establish that Mohamed falsely accused Yve of abuse. "This is how faking police records gets you deported," Martinez says at the start of the TikTok video.
"Not only will this case be thrown out, and he will be unsuccessful in his domestic abuse lawsuit against my client," the attorney explained, "but we're going to utilize this bull-s*** case against him to get him sent out of the country."
