OMG, you guys, I am so excited to share with you the latest update on one of our fave 90 Day Fiancé stars, Olga Koshimbetova! As you know, Olga was on season 6 of the show with her husband Steven Frend, and they've since welcomed two little ones. Recently, Olga opened up on her Instagram about the struggles she's had with her postpartum body image.

I know for me personally, as a new mom, this really resonated with me. Olga shared a selfie of her bare postpartum belly and talked about the stretch marks and extra fat she's dealing with. But what I love about Olga is that she doesn't let these things bring her down. Instead, she's focusing on the fact that her body did an amazing job growing and birthing two healthy babies. Olga encourages her followers to “chat” about their experiences, and she showed a lot of empathy for the mothers who are going through the same struggles.

One of the questions that Olga's fans would like to know is How does Olga Koshimbetova maintain a healthy mindset despite her struggles with her postpartum body image? Olga told her followers that she relates to those self-conscious feelings, though she tries to maintain a healthy mindset.

I will lie if I say I’m perfectly fine with mine” the 90 Day Fiancé star commented, “but what helps me to feel better is understanding that my body did a huge work (twice), my kids are healthy and now it’s my turn to take care of my body to show how thankful I am.”

I think it's so important that Olga is being so open and honest about her experiences because it makes other moms like me feel less alone. It's easy to get caught up in comparing ourselves to other women on social media, but the reality is that we all have our own unique journeys and struggles. Olga is a true inspiration for being so brave and real.
