In the midst of the infidelity scandal, In Touch exclusively revealed that Yve was charged on August 15 with one count of violence and one count of assault after Mohamed accused her of hitting him while attempting to obtain access to his phone.
Yve's representative dismissed the claims, claiming they were "falsified by Mohamed."
"Mohamed and the lady he has been cheating on Yve with have discussed his alternatives from the beginning," Dominton Talent House's Dominique Enchinton told In Touch. "They explicitly discussed a U-Visa and how Mohamed could qualify for one in case Yve discovered his transgressions."
