The TLC reality star's bail arraignment is slated for September 6. The revelation of the allegations was originally reported by In Touch.

In a statement to People Magazine, Arellano's rep, Dominique Enchinton of Dominton Talent House, asserts that "the domestic violence charges have been manufactured by Mohamed." "From the beginning, Mohamed and the lady he has been cheating on Yve with have discussed his alternatives."

"They particularly discussed a U-Visa and how Mohammed might qualify for this only in case Yve discovered his misdeeds," the representative claimed.

"The domestic abuse charges are absolutely untrue and are only a tactic to keep him in the United States." "Yve was not arrested on 8/15 or any other day," according to the statement. "Yve has never been abusive to Mohamed and simply want to close this chapter in her life so she may move on."

Arellano's legal troubles came just three weeks after Abdelhamed, 28, was caught up in a digital infidelity scandal after sending improper communications to another lady just after he and Arellano, 48, married.

During Sunday night's "90 Day Fiancé" tell-all, the Egypt native addressed the infidelity bombshell, admitting to messaging other women. Abdelhamed stated that he met a woman online and that while they were first "just friends," their relationship grew into something "more."

"It's surprising, raw, disheartening, and saddening," the Albuquerque native said of his adultery. "He opted to spend his time developing new connections and engaging in activities that a married guy should not be doing."

While it was unclear whether the pair stayed together at the end of the show, Abdelhamed hinted to a divorce on his Instagram Story on Monday.

"A lot of people have asked why I'm not telling my side of the story, and the reason is that I was doing my hardest to terminate my relationship with respect, that's all," he wrote.

Meanwhile, Arellano expressed gratitude to her admirers for their support following the revelation of his adultery.

"Thank you women for sharing your experiences of infidelity, heartaches, and anguish," she said on Sunday's Instagram Story. "Clearly, we are not alone." Why commitment isn't a commitment for some. On so many levels, this planet requires a great deal of repair.

"If you don't want to be exclusively," she said, "simply say so so others can make their own educated judgments..."
