The cast of 90 Day Fiancé season 9 has yet to impress TLC viewers who are already sick of the 2022 edition. With 9 seasons, several memorable faces, and stories that have continued with countless spin-offs, the reality show about long-distance romance, which premiered in 2014, has come a long way. 90 Day Fiancé follows overseas couples who reunite in America after applying for a K-1 visa. With only 90 days until the couple decides whether or not to marry, each relationship is nothing short of a ticking time bomb.
There is always the possibility that the international partner will have to return to their home country if things do not work out. The worst-case scenario is when a couple marries when they shouldn't, only to divorce in a different way. Many of these stories lack a happily ever after because of clashes over cultures, languages, exes, and money that bind the relationships from the start. Fans have grown to love 90 Day Fiancé for its best dish, which is, of course, the drama.
Seven (mostly) new couples were introduced in a trailer for the current season of 90 Day Fiancé, which premiered on Sunday night. It promised a diverse group of future reality TV stars, with cast members hailing from Serbia, Trinidad and Tobago, and Ethiopia. Fans were promised plots involving pregnancy scares, bikini dilemmas, and prenups. However, it may have overlooked the fact that these are issues that have already been addressed in 90 Day Fiancé and its spin-offs.
The term "boring" has been associated with the cast of 90 Day Fiancé season 9 because they not only showcase storylines that have already been done to death in the franchise, but also because these situations don't even look real beyond a certain point.

Spoilers indicate that many of the couples are already married, which spoils the fun for fans eager to see what happens in the next episode. Each time an episode ends, viewers are left wondering, "That's it?" apart from the recycled storylines. There have been reports circulating online that Jibri and Miona Bell have been married since before 2020. Their common surnames have been seen on Instagram.
The 90 Day Fiancé season 9 trailer was highlighted by Biniyam Shibre's sisters Wish and Mimi throwing a glass of wine at Ariela Weinberg's face. Many fans agreed that they were looking forward to the scene in an otherwise boring season. However, much to their surprise, Ariela already has wine running down her face in a Carrie-esque moment in episode 3. Things don't appear to be getting any more dramatic for these cast members at this point. Fans are seeking solace in older seasons and skipping newer episodes in the hope that things will improve in season 9.
