Loren Says She’s ‘Not Okay’ In Tearful Post-Baby Video

Loren, 90 Day Fiance’s star, became a mom for the third time with her husband Alexei. She shares a postpartum revelation that breaks her young mother’s heart.

Loren Brovarnik, the popular 90 Day Fiance actor who recently gave birth to her third baby with her husband Alexei Brovarnik said in a tearful Instagram video that she was not coping with her new role of a mother. 

Loren and Alexei Brovarnik, both 34, are among the most well-known couples from the TLC series. The couple’s journey began during the third season of 90 Day Fiance.

Because their happy partnership touched viewers so much, they debuted on the first season of 90 Day Fiance: Happy Ever After. They have been regulars since then on Pillow Talk.

Since their marriage in 2016, Loren & Alexei are now parents of three children. They have two sons named Shai & Asher and a daughter they’ve named Ariel.

Loren revealed her Tourette’s condition for the first time on Happily Ever After, after concealing it for some time.

She tried to hide it from those who were cruel or quick to judge but eventually revealed that she received the diagnosis at age seven.

Tourette syndrome is responsible for the involuntary movements and sounds that are repeated. If Loren and Alexei had children, there was a 50/50 chance that the syndrome would also be present.

Loren started raising awareness of postpartum depression after she had her second child.

Asher, Loren’s and Alexei’s newborn, was in the NICU, which took a toll on Loren emotionally. Loren revealed in December 2021 that she felt depressed, tired, and lonely.

Loren, on the other hand, seems to be experiencing the same feelings despite the fact that she gave birth to her third baby on September 6. 

She shocked her Instagram followers by posting a Reel that addressed her mental health, in which she was crying uncontrollably.

Loren was wearing a casual t-shirt and her hair in a bun when she recorded this clip. In her caption, she used the hashtags “no filter”, “real deal” and “real deal”.

Loren’s 90-Day Fiance colleagues also offered her support in the comments section. Elizabeth Potthast (also known as Libby) told Loren she was “so strong”, and encouraged her to keep going.

Shaeeda Sween, Tania Maduro, and others sent her their love. Loren then took to Instagram Stories to find out what fans do to cope with “rough times”. She said, “I release by ticking,” as well as agreeing with those who confessed to eating.

Loren, in addition to being honest about her thoughts and feelings, has shown her fans how her body is changing post-pregnancy.

She stunned fans by posting an image of herself in diapers and standing in front of her mirror, revealing the results of her third C-section. Loren’s fans think that she looks great for having just had a baby a few days ago.
