Khloe Kardashian's family has grown by one... her surrogate has given birth to a baby boy!
Khloe's spokesperson confirmed the news to Page 6.
TMZ broke the news that Khloe and Tristan Thompson were expecting another child through surrogacy.
According to the timeframe of the pregnancy, they made the choice prior to their most recent separation.
It's unknown what the custody agreement will be between Khloe and Tristan. They have another kid together, as you are aware... 4-year-old True.

Khloé Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson have had their second child, a baby boy, a spokesman for the reality star reveals exclusively to Page Six.
On July 13, it was revealed that the on-again, off-again couple was expecting a boy, seven months after their most recent split.
Kardashian's spokeswoman told Page Six at the time, "Khloé is tremendously thankful to the incredible surrogate for such a beautiful blessing."
"We'd like to request kindness and privacy so that Khloé may concentrate on her family," the statement continued.
According to an insider, Kardashian, 38, and Thompson, 31, are no longer together and have not talked since coparenting their 4-year-old daughter, True.
True was born in April 2018, one year after the sportsman became a father to son Prince, now five, with ex Jordan Craig.

Khloe Kardashian may have romantic emotions for Tristan Thompson, but she's certainly not allowing that stop them from co-parenting their child.
After a dancing recital, Khloe and Tristan met for lunch with their 4-year-old daughter True.
When the news emerged, Kylie Jenner labeled Thompson "the worst person on the earth," while Kourtney Kardashian condemned his "never-ending treachery."
Despite Khloé telling Robin Roberts in April that Thompson is "not the person for" her, and she is now seeing a private equity investor, she and Thompson had their kid in November 2021, before his newest infraction became public.
Prior to their divorce, the former couple made no secret of their desire to give True a sibling.
"I feel like it's now time for another baby," Khloé remarked in a February 2021 episode of " Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
The Sagebrush Cantina in Calabasas was their goal. They weren't alone, either, which adds to the intrigue. Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Travis Scott were all present, as were Khloe's nieces Dream and Chicago, and nephew Psalm.
On the surface, they all appeared to be getting along. Khloe eviscerated Tristan on a recent episode of the Kardashians' Hulu program, but she's able to compartmentalize things —- they're not just co-parenting, but also cordial. Remember, that episode was shot some time ago, so everything had time to settle.
In case you missed it, Khloe unloaded her sentiments over Tristan on Kim during the episode, with Kim telling her sister, "If it were me and I was genuinely trying to redeem myself and be a better person, I would absolutely keep my d*** in my trousers."
"You'd assume you either use a condom, have a vasectomy, or don't f*** strange individuals you meet in different states," Khloe agrees.
Tristan has a child with Maralee Nichols, who became pregnant while he and Khloe were still together.
