Deavan And Jihoon Are Now Legally Divorced, Jihoon’s Custody Struggle, Two-Year Separation, Legal Battle

The 90 Day Fiance drama involving Deavan Lee and Jihoon Clegg has ended. TLC’s pregnant star spills the beans via Instagram.
Deavan Clegg, former 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way actor, announced her divorce from Jihoon Le via social media.
Deavan, from Utah, and Jihoon, from South Korea, met through a dating application. Jihoon moved to the United States shortly after. Deavan’s pregnancy ended their first date on a positive note.
The 90-Day Fiance spinoff filmed what happened next between Deavan & Jihoon, and the TOW 2 season followed them as they got married and separated.
Deavan Jihoon divorced in reality, but their TLC show implied that they still tried to make the marriage work.
Fans of 90 Day Fiance were never optimistic about the hasty relationship between Deavan and Jihoon. Jihoon was struggling with money and work while Deavan struggled to learn a language and integrate into a different society.
Fans saw Deavan depart South Korea in the finale of the show with her daughter Drascilla and their son Taeyang. Jihoon said it was only a short visit, and Deavan accused him of hurting Drascilla one month later.
Deavan was dating Topher Park and wanted to end their relationship. Deavan stated that Jihoon had blocked her social media and phone number, even though she wanted to be a co-parent. Deavan filed for a divorce in September 2020. Jihoon, meanwhile, launched a GoFundMe to hire a Utah attorney.
Jihoon ended his relationship with his attorney in April 2021. This was an indication that he had let go of everything. Jihoon’s long-running custody battle with his son alarmed many fans. Deavan explains in her divorce declaration what happened when Jihoon fired his lawyer.
She announced on Instagram, “I am officially divorced” after a nearly two-year struggle. Deavan concluded by saying, “I could not be happier.” “This journey was stressful and challenging.”

Deavan claims that Jihoon failed to appear in court after firing his attorney or making any appointments. After nearly a full year of the court extending and delaying deadlines, the case was finally heard in court.
Deavan confessed, “After an entire year of frustration I am finally able to close this chapter.” She revealed that her son Taeyang, aged three years old, was given “complete physical and exclusive custody”.
Deavan says that she is finally able to speak out about her 90-day Fiance experience and the “misery” she and her family have had to endure throughout this situation. Delavan has told her supporters that she is going to make a video soon.
Jihoon appears to still be in South Korea while Deavan is raising her son with Topher, her lover. Jihoon has yet to make any public statements about Deavan and the baby. However, 90 Day Fiance viewers expect that he will. Deavan has now become pregnant and is expecting a baby with Topher this fall.
Jihoon occasionally appears on Instagram to show off his new look after plastic surgery. He expressed his displeasure when Deavan began dating Topher in 2020.
For the moment, Jihoon does not bother to wish Taeyang a happy birthday. Topher, however, has easily assumed the role of father figure for Deavan’s children.
