Mahogany Roca doesn't appear to be interested in dating him, based on the way things have gone between them. Despite Ben's best efforts to expose her lies, she ended up trying to turn the tables on him.
This has gone horribly wrong for him, and the two of them are now in an awkward spot. They are inseparable, yet his history suggests that she may not be the perfect person for him. Fans were surprised to learn that Ben had been detained, and so many of them wanted to know why.

90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days - Key Point Of The Ben Rathbun Interview
He thinks that his dismissal will "humble me and allow me to grow as a person." Ben does not hold anything against his foundation for letting him go.
Ben stated that he hopes that this transition "will eventually take me to another location of service."
He stated, "The police took a breathalyzer and discovered no alcohol, but later at the station they did a blood draw and detected flubromazolam in my system."
"When the court allowed me to move to another state," Ben recounted, "they mailed a summons to the erroneous address."
"This was my fault," Ben said, "since I wanted to ensure that I was receiving all notices." But by the time I realized what had happened, it was too late, and I missed my appointment."
He admitted that a warrant had been issued for my arrest "Ben stated. "I immediately drove 14 hours to the courthouse and spent the night in jail."
According to Ben, he did not voluntarily drive while under the influence of anything. According to Ben's depiction, he was poisoned, which resulted in his detention and a slew of personal problems.
Me personally I don't really believe anything he said in the interview . As he recounted his past , some have argued that Ben is trying to escape the truth , the fact is that drink and driving is very dangerous . And It's not possible that Ben didn't update the court with his new address. There is no doubt that this is not a good look for Ben, and we are sorry for what he has gone through , but he must do better.
