Campisi announced on Instagram that the couple's first child, son Gokhan John, was born via surrogate on Monday, April 11. Campisi already has three sons from a previous relationship: Joey, Gino, and Leo.
At birth, Baby Gokhan weighed 5.3 pounds and measured 18 inches.

Campisi stated that their surrogate is "doing well" and that she was able to meet her, adding that "she's such an amazing woman!"
The reality star also spoke about her experience with the non-profit Dynamo Project, which assisted the couple in traveling to Ukraine to meet their son.

They planned the logistics, which included travel into Ukraine, a safe place to stay while in Ukraine, and travel while inside the country. They stayed by my side the entire time "She elaborated. The following day, I was transported to pick up our baby and complete all of the paperwork while still inside Lviv, Ukraine."

Campisi and Mistanoglu, who met online in a beekeeping enthusiast group, announced in January that they were expecting a baby boy via surrogate. Campisi shared the exciting news with a photo of a yellow onesie with the phrase "Future Beekeeper" printed on it, surrounded by blue smoke.
"Mursel and I are thrilled to announce that we will be welcoming a baby boy in May! We are now 22 weeks old!" The post was captioned by Campisi.
Campisi and Mistanoglu appeared on season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé and married on the show before revealing that Campisi would be unable to bear children.
